Letter F Preschool Activity

This Food-themed Preschool Activity centers on the question “where does our food come from?” Knowledge about where our food comes from, what helps our body grow stronger, and what is sometimes a fun treat is an essential lesson that starts when our children our young. In this guide, I focused on positive wording about “healthy choices” NOT good or bad choices. Positive language enables us to educate our children on how food fuels our bodies and helps them to be aware of how food makes them feel.  This activity guide is jam-packed with fun, play and reading-based activities that you and your preschooler will enjoy together!
